Peace of mind is important when buying any expensive item so all of our watches come with a minimum of 24 months’ warranty. If a watch is still under a manufacturer warranty, but has less than twelve months remaining then we will top this up to twelve months.
Please note that our warranty is limited to manufacturing and mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by mistreatment / incorrect use is excluded, as well as damage caused by submersion in water. In particular if a case is opened by a third party then this will invalidate any warranty claim. As is standard practice, wear and tear to the watch strap is excluded.
In the event of a warranty claim, please email us: email@example.com immediately explaining the nature of the fault. Once we have acknowledged your email, please send your watch to our London address. Please be aware that you must ensure that the watch is adequately insured and this cost as well as the postage will be your responsibility.
- Debit / Credit Cards – We can take pay all major debit and credit cards using Barclays secure payment. Once you have agreed to purchase a watch, we will send you an email link to complete the payment.
We can also take payments at our London Shop (see section Collection below).
- Bank Transfer – We will send full details to you upon completion of your order.
- PayPal – We welcome PayPal for online payments. Please note that we will only send items to a confirmed address and the transaction must be eligible for Seller Protection. Contact us if you need further information.

Once we have confirmed that your payment has cleared, your watch will be sent to you fully insured using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery next working day service. Please be aware that the watch must be signed for and we will only send items to a confirmed PayPal address (see section titled Payment above).
International delivery are paid by the buyer using courier service with full insurance only.
Some people prefer to do business face-to-face. If this applies to you, you can make an appointment and visit us at our Central London showrrom. All viewings are strictly by appointment only. Our viewing times are between Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am – 5pm and we will need to see a copy of your valid driving licence and / or passport for identification purposes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the day you would like to visit us to confirm availability. We also have card payment facilities on site but if you have paid in advance, check with us to confirm your funds have cleared prior to coming to collect your watch. If you cannot attend your appointment please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to arrange another time for you.
For security reasons all of our stock is kept off-site at a secure facility.
We offer a 14 days refund policy for all on-line orders. Please notify us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and ensure that the good are returned to within 14 days of you receiving them. Once we have acknowledged your email, please send your watch to our address at London Billing address. Please be aware that you must ensure that the watch is adequately insured and this cost as well as the postage will be your responsibility.
All items must be returned unworn and in the exact same condition that you received them. Watches will be inspected by our watchmaker before any refunds are issued. All boxes, paperwork and accessories must be present and in the same condition you received them. If anything is missing, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to the refund amount to take into account the financial impact of any missing items.
Please contact us prior to purchase if you are looking to buy from outside the UK.
We will from time to time carry out security checks prior to shipment that include contacting you on a landline home or work telephone number. If we reasonably suspect that the transaction is fraudulent we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and put the item back up for sale. For PayPal payments, we will only deliver to a PayPal confirmed address. For bank transfers we will consider delivering to a work address providing we have an email from your work email confirming all details. We are under no obligation to dispatch to any other address.
