Warranty Information

Your peace of mind is our priority. All watches purchased from Depot Luxury Ltd come with a minimum 6-month warranty, covering manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a watch has an existing manufacturer warranty with less than 12 months remaining, we will extend it to a full 12 months.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from mistreatment, incorrect use, or water submersion.
  • Opening the watch case by a third party will invalidate the warranty.
  • Watch straps are subject to wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, please email us immediately at info@depotluxury.co.uk with details of the fault. Once acknowledged, return the watch to our London address. Please ensure the watch is adequately insured, as postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Options

We offer flexible and secure payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Cards: Payments are processed securely via Barclays. Upon purchase agreement, we will send you a payment link to complete your transaction.
  • Bank Transfer: Full details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • PayPal: We accept PayPal for online payments. Items will only be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address eligible for Seller Protection.

Delivery Services

Once payment is confirmed, your watch will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, ensuring next-working-day delivery within the UK. All deliveries are fully insured and require a signature upon receipt.

For international customers, delivery costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a reputable courier service with full insurance coverage.

For those who prefer a face-to-face experience, we invite you to visit our Central London showroom. Appointments are available:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
  • 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

To schedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For security purposes, we require a valid driving licence or passport for identification.

  • All stock is securely stored off-site.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy for all online orders. To initiate a return:

  1. Notify us immediately via email at info@depotluxury.co.uk.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of receipt, ensuring it is unworn and in its original condition, including all boxes, paperwork, and accessories.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed. Please note:

  • The cost of return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Missing or damaged items may result in a partial refund to account for their value.

International Transactions
