Return Policy:

We offer a flexible 14-day return policy for our valued UK customers. You can return your purchase either by opting for free postage or choosing the convenient collection option.

Warranty Details:

Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. It does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Additionally, submersion in water is not covered. Opening a case with a third party will void any warranty claim. Please be aware that wear and tear to the watch strap is not included in our warranty, as per standard practice.

Warranty Claims:

In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, please promptly email us through eBay, explaining the nature of the fault. Once we acknowledge your email, kindly send your watch to our London address. Please ensure the watch is adequately insured, as both the insurance cost and postage are your responsibility.

Payment Options:

We offer various payment options to suit your preferences:

• Debit / Credit Cards: We accept all major debit and credit cards via Barclays. After agreeing to purchase a watch, you will receive an email link to complete the payment.
• Bank Transfer: Complete details for bank transfers will be provided upon order confirmation.
• PayPal: We welcome PayPal for online payments. Note that we only ship items to confirmed addresses eligible for Seller Protection. For further information, please contact us. We do not accept cheques.

Delivery:

Once your payment clears, we’ll dispatch your watch fully insured via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery next working day service. Please note that the watch or jewellery/accessory must be signed for, and we’ll only send items to a confirmed PayPal address (as explained in the Payment section above).

International Shipping:

International deliveries are at the buyer’s expense and are shipped via courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) with full insurance.

Collection:

Collection is available by appointment only after we receive payment.

Returns Policy:

For online orders, we offer a generous 14-day refund policy. Please notify us by email immediately and ensure the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we acknowledge your email, kindly send the watch to our London billing address. Ensure that the watch is adequately insured, as the insurance cost and postage are your responsibility.

All returned items must be unworn and in the exact same condition as received. Watches will undergo inspection by our watchmaker before refunds are issued. All original boxes, paperwork, and accessories must be present and in the same condition as received. If any items are missing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly.

International Transactions:

If you’re purchasing from outside the UK, please contact us before making a purchase.

Fraud Prevention:

For security purposes, we may conduct occasional security checks before shipment. This may include contacting you on a landline at your home or work telephone number. If we have reasonable suspicions of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item. We will only deliver to PayPal-confirmed addresses for PayPal payments. For bank transfers, we may consider delivering to a work address if we receive an email from your work email confirming the details. Please note that we are under no obligation to dispatch to any other address. Your security is our priority.
