Warranty Peace of mind is important when buying any expensive item so all our watches or jewellery or any accessories come with a minimum of twelve months’ warranty. If a watch is still under a manufacturer warranty, but has less than twelve months remaining then we will top this up to twelve months. Please note that our warranty is limited to manufacturing and mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by mistreatment / incorrect use is excluded, as well as damage caused by submersion in water. If a case is opened by a third party then this will invalidate any warranty claim. As is standard practice, wear and tear to the watch strap is excluded. In the event of a warranty claim, please email us using our EBay email service immediately explaining the nature of the fault. Once we have acknowledged your email, please send your watch to our London address. Please be aware that you must ensure that the watch is adequately insured and this cost as well as the postage will be your responsibility.
